• Prepare detailed financial models and analysis comparing options and solutions
• Schedule site visits
• Conduct post site visit debriefing with real estate management and customer (end-user)
• Engage in extensive price negotiations
• Perform initial agreement review before going to legal
• Work with client legal on finalizing agreements
